The University of Western Australia presents Nobel Laureate Professor Brian Schmidt who in this talk will describe the discovery that won him and his team the 2011 Nobel Prize in Physics. He will explain how astronomers have used observations to trace the Universe’s history back more than 13 billion years, leading them to ponder the ultimate fate of the cosmos.
